Corrina Baars
Corrina is 10years old and has been linedancing since she was 4 years old. She started dancing with Lorraine at Liverpool linedancers where she did many demos including her first at getaway expo at the ripe age of four and a half years old.
Her first competition in Tamworth was in 2002. She partnered Rachel Burgess
and came 2nd in the under 8 duo.
Corrina joined Sam at Red Hot & Country in 2003 and competed at North Sydney with Sam and Kelvin in the mixed age trio
dancing to Texas QLD and came 2nd.
She hasn’t looked back.
Since then Corrina has gained several Australian titles and has a pool of over 50 medals.
Corrina has also choreographed several dances with the group and 3 on her own which she has entered in competitions.
Apart from linedancing she is an accomplished dancer in jazz, tap and ballet and also does singing, all of which she competes in.
Corrina loves competing and plans to keep dancing and choreographing and hopes to get more titles in Tamworth.
